Yes there should! Lion's Mane isn't 100% water soluble, so there will be some sediment in the bottle if left standing for a while. Make sure to shake the bottle before pouring

No, we’ve left the mushroomy taste in the forest. With MUUSH all you’ll taste is natural fruits, roots and botanicals.

Yes they are absolutely legal. The mushrooms we use, Lion’s Mane and Cordyceps, are commonly sold in raw form, or as part of food & beverage and health products in the UK, and as such recognised by the UK government as legal for consumption. They’ve been recently made famous by shows like Clarkson’s farm.

No, these are functional mushrooms that have active health benefits for the brain and body. They are not dissimilar from the typical mushrooms you’d see in your supermarket like shiitake, however they are much harder to grow as they need very specific conditions, and therefore are much more rare. The active ingredient in magic mushrooms (psilocybin) which can cause hallucinations, the state of ‘tripping’ and other effects is not present in these mushrooms.

Safety

Our mushrooms have been thoroughly tested by Nammex (our supplier) and are safe for consumption for anyone over the age of 2.

All our drinks are are ambient before being opened then need to be refrigerated once opened. This is particularly relevant for the elixirs which won't be consumed in one go. One the top is popped, get them in the fridge and they'll be good for 8-12 weeks.

The recommended daily dosage is 0.3g of mushrooms for you to have the best chance of seeing the health benefits. That’s an equivalent of one 25ml of MUUSH per day mixed however you like it. There is no toxic level of mushroom consumption or MUUSH. Like everything we’d recommend drinking it sensibly as part of a balanced diet.

There is limited research done on the consumption of functional mushrooms during pregnancy but all our ingredients, including the fruiting body of Lion's Mane, have been approved by the FSA. If unsure, speak to your doctor for personal guidance.

Yes it is! all ingredients have been approved by the FSA and other relevant testing bodies. Due to limited testing on kids under 2 years old, our sample size isn't yet big enough to advise for this group, but, all ingredients have been approved by the FSA and other relevant testing bodies.

Yes we use 100% natural fruits, roots and botanicals with a bit of added sugar and fibre.

Yes it is gluten free, see above answer.

Each 25ml shot has 6g of sugar. The WHO (World Health Organisation) recommends adults have no more than 25g of sugar per day, and young children no more than 12g. So 1-2 glasses of muush at the recommended ratio is well within your daily allowance.

Every Muush bottle contains natural fruits, roots and botancials which vary from flavour to flavour. They also include Lion’s Mane and Cordyceps mushrooms, citric acid and inulin, and fructose. They do not include any of the 13 most common allergens, and these allergens are/are not in the factory where they are made. The specific ingredients by flavour are on our product pages and on the bottles.

Subscriptions

Yes you can change or cancel your subscription at any time. However it’s important that you notify us 15 days in advance of when your order posts in order to cancel that one.

Returns

We’re sorry to hear you changed your mind about your order. If you’d like to return our bottles we can accept them as long as the seal hasn’t been broken and/or the bottle opened.
