Yes there should – Lion's Mane isn't 100% water soluble, so there will be some sediment in the bottle if left standing for a while. Make sure to shake the bottle before pouring.

Yes. Our Lion’s Mane comes from the mushroom’s fruiting body, which is not classed as a novel food in the EU (basically: it’s been eaten safely for centuries).

No, these are functional mushrooms that have active health benefits for the brain and body. They are not dissimilar from the typical mushrooms you’d see in your supermarket like shiitake, however they are much harder to grow as they need very specific conditions, and therefore are much more rare. The active ingredient in magic mushrooms (psilocybin) which can cause hallucinations, the state of ‘tripping’ and other effects is not present in these mushrooms.

All our drinks are ambient before being opened. Cans should be drunk straight away and elixirs should be refrigerated once opened. Once the top has been popped, they'll be good in the fridge for 8-12 weeks.

The recommended daily dosage is 0.3g of mushrooms for you to have the best chance of seeing the benefits. That’s the equivalent to one 25ml shot of elixir per day, or one can. There is no toxic level of mushroom consumption or MUUSH. Though like everything, we recommend drinking it sensibly as part of a balanced diet.

There is limited research on the consumption of functional mushrooms during pregnancy, but all our ingredients have been approved by the FSA. If unsure, speak to your doctor for personal guidance.

Yes, all ingredients have been approved by the FSA and other relevant testing bodies. However, due to limited testing on children under 2 years old, our sample size isn't yet big enough to advise for this group.

Each 25ml elixir shot has 6g of sugar and each can has 2.5g. The WHO (World Health Organisation) recommends adults have no more than 25g of sugar per day, and young children no more than 12g. So 1-2 glasses of MUUSH at the recommended ratio is well within your daily allowance.

MUUSH contains natural fruits and roots which vary from flavour to flavour. Other core ingredients include: Lion's Mane, citric acid, inulin and fructose. MUUSH does not include any of the 13 most common allergens, and these allergens are not present in the factory where MUUSH is made. Once you've placed an order, you will receive updates from our shipping partner, based on your preferences. Typically, you can expect your order to arrive within 3-5 working days.

If you’d like to return an elixir, we can accept it as long as the bottle has not been opened. For cans, the box must not be opened, as we cannot accept single cans. All returns must be made within 14 days of receipt.
